I am lso getting this on my website. With the latest version of the plugin.

I have now disabled 3d secure and it seems to have worked for one payment.

Priorr to this I was clicking “pay now” and got the following message:

“Redirecting the cardholder to the card issuer’s ACS”

Which I have never seen before.

I do know CSS, but I cannot find the template file which controls the shops pages.

I don’t know enough about woocommerce templates, themes, or child themes to be confident enough to start messing about with code.

I deleted the plugin and all previous redirects and it works fine now.

On a “side-note”, hoping that the developers of this plugin read this:

This plugin has caused our company significant disruption since we first encountered problems last year, nearly four months ago and probably way before that.

I ask you, the developers, to please test this plugin in the next release robustly. On mobile, desktop, and with other payment service providers enabled too, such as paypal and stripe.

We disabled the plugin, and no longer use it, which then means securetrading are not making as much money from us.

We’ll use it if it works, which currently, it does not.

Hi Ellis, I’ve reported a few issues to the plugin makers through this forum, and through SecureTrading direct, and I don’t think they’ll fix it.

i’ve had to use stripe instead.

I have the same, also with stripe.

Have disabled the plugin altogether now and I’m using stripe and paypal exclusively.

I’ve just updated the plugin, cleard my cahce (local and server) – still seeing mm/YYYY though? https://www.bagnboxman.co.uk – Do I need to manually set it to show mm/YY somehow?

I’m seeing differences in mobile (ios) on the mobile drop down, and then in safari, chrome and firefox too (on mac).
