I have been trying different things and it seems the issue is when an image is uploaded via the frontend submission form.

I have tried changing the Image Size settings to see if that will work, but it has not.

Currently, the settings are:

Maximum width (px): 50

Minimum width (px): 50

Maximum height (px): 7000

Minimum height (px): 5000

Maximum size (bytes): 64000000

Of course, these are not the sizes I would normally want, but I placed these numbers in there trying to get it anything to work.

Ok, earlier today, I was able to successfully add a test event. But now I am also constantly receiving the “A variable mismatch has been detected” error message.

Events are able to be entered in the Admin area, but not on the frontend.

Looking at another person’s post, I rolled back to the previous version until fixed.

No, I just updated to the 5.9.4.1 and I still have the same problem.

Also, “Search Events” in the admin area does not work… which, of course, I would presume is because of the s& issue.

Checking further, “Search Recurring Events” also does not work, but “Search Locations” and “Seach Event Categories” do work.

I deleted the personal Facebook page from the list in the plugin and have not had any issue since.

I just went to developers.facebook.com/apps and Facebook is asking for new permissions and an APP review… I’m not sure if this plugin needs manage_pages, publish_pages, or what. But, it also states that “A member of our review team will test how your app uses manage_pages. Please give them detailed step-by-step instructions for how to see this permission the same way people using your app would.” Plus, they want a screenshot.

Ok. I’ll let you know. But, I redid all this when version 8.0.0 can out.

Thank you! I have used MediaPress for a while and this seems to be a new issue.

It was working when I first installed it a few months ago, but at some point, it stopped. Not sure if it was one of your updates or one of there’s, but it is causing a problem and results were not showing doing a keyword search.

I contacted WP Job Manager after their latest update and initially thought it was a problem with the ZipRecruiter add-on.

I spent hours turning plugins on and off. The problem did turn out to be Relevanssi. Then I found the online documentation stating there was a conflict. And, I tried another search plugin and the same thing happened.
