Hello, I could solve it from the database editor. You search for xxx_wc_admin_notes and put it as actioned so that the notice is removed.
Where we say XXX_wc
XXX will be the name of your database, they are other letters not XXX. It is to say something like this: htdsar_wc_admin_notes

Hello good morning, I have another topic open.

xxx_wc_admin_notes

And then inside the other:
wc-update-db-reminder

And I edited it like they said from unactioned to actioned

Hello, I am having the same problem in several domains and the warning is never removed.
I have nothing pending and I do not understand why it happens.
Apparently this happens to many more people and there is no solution in official sight.
Can you tell me where that table is or to be able to edit this please.
Because I don’t see it.

the easiest fix is…

In the xxx_wc_admin_notes table I updated wc-update-db-reminder from unactioned to actioned

Hi, thanks for your response @riaanknoetze . I just looked at entering recent orders for example, and I only have font errors that have not loaded well.
The funny thing about all this is that it happens to me in two more domains, in total in three domains alike.

Excellent work guys, thank you very much for publishing the solution.
For those who do not know, to be able to add the code that Mr. @collinsavenue published, you have to add it to the functions.php file of the template you are using.
It will be in the root of your domain, name of the template used, functions.php

function wc_disable_marketing_hub( $marketing_pages ) {
	return array();
}
