when you check the “Hide Slide content” from the theme options, this happens. Its a bug and in fixed in version 1.6:

Its because your homepage is set to a static page. Go to Settings> Reading and set your home page to “Latest Posts”

You cannot display friendly urls on localhost.

When you host on an online server, you can use any settings from the permalinks options you want.

And another good news. The latest version of the theme will be Iphone/Ipad and android mobile friendly. Meaning, your site will automatically switch to mobile version when you are viewing the site with a mobile device.

When the post titles an the front-pages are clicked, it should go to the full post pages, if not then you permalink settings has something to do with it, Go to Settings > permalinks and set the option to default.

and its not possible to list pages on front-page.

You cannot add slides from the theme options. On the Right, notice there is a dedicate menu named “Slider” you can add slides from there.

I dont know how but I guess you are using the wordpress.com version on both your sites. download the theme from this link:
