i deactivate a plugin and problem fixed.
but first byte time is still very slow and i am using very light weight theme . I contacted my hosting provider and they told me that this problem is occurring from your side.

How to install it?
it is showing no plugin found

I mean how can i add expire header to gravatar? how to cache gravatar? as it is showing speed issue on Speed tools (gtmetrix, pingdom etc)

I deleted some unused plugins and and its working now.

Due to speed issue i am using gravatar locally by using plugin (wp user avatar) but it is showing me corrupted image on comment system SEE Screen shot here
