In WordPress, under “Settings-General-Language of the Website”, you will find “German” and “German (Sie)”. If “German” is selected then everything is German in the frontend. However, if “German (Sie) = formal” is selected, wordpress will not find a language file in your plugin and will show you everything English.
Wordpress has 2 language files for German.
de_DE for “German” and
de_DE_formal for “German (Sie) = formal”.From the spelling of your plugin is already translated into German (Sie). The translation is only used on “German” because the language file is called de_DE. If you simply duplicate that and save it as de_DE_formal, then the correct translation is also available for “German (Sie)”.

we have the same Problem. It was an Variation Product and was payed with Paypal, the Paypal Plugin which is in Woocommerce integrated.
First, the stock of variation was reduced from 2 to 1. Immediately from 1 to 0. I just noticed because I received the email for low stock and behind the same email for product not in stock. That made me wonder. Unfortunately, my co-worker does not pay attention to the order notes.Unfortunately, I can not turn off the system because it is active and would confuse my customers.

A generated label always creates a customer note and a customer e-mail. I disabled the cache, but the problem still exists. In the order notes it is also light blue deposited, which means that it is a customer message.

the email is still sending to customer. I have testet note_type: ‘private’ ,too. But this send a email to customer, too.
Have you an other idea?
I have found a other problem. If a Customer filled in Woocommerce the Adress Line 2 the info in this field is in the Gesch?ftskundenportal in the number field from the street.
For better understand: A customer wrote in woocommerce in the adressline 2 “floor 4”, this “floor 4” stands in Gesch?ftskundenportal in the numberfield for the street and i get a info – the street is not known- .Can you change this to save some codier charges?
