We couldn’t replicate this error in our end, and the sub-menu should appear to you in the moment you created an Achievement Type.
Please, could you check if you created a CPT with the slug “achievement-type”? This could cause the conflict.

If you are using this form to register new users, you can use the event “User registers”.
Also, you can use the ACF events to detect changes in custom fields to register the information of the Zoho Form.
Currently we don’t have events for Zoho Forms, so please consider using one of the soultions above.

Thanks for warn us regarging the documentation, we will check it.
Once a user obtained a rank, the user will mantain that rank even if the requirements changed.
Also, following your example, deleting the post where the comments are wouldn’t change the obtained rank since the user obtained it before the requirements changed. As an alternative, you could use the event “Delete a post” to revoke a specific rank if it is needed.
About revoking a higher rank please check which event you are using, when a higher rank is revoked it should go back to the previous rank.

You can use the event “Daily visit a specific post”. Using this event, when the QR code is scanned, the user will earn points for acceding the specific page.

If you are using BuddyBoss or BuddyPress and you are using the widget to show GamiPress points on the profile, this issue occurs because you are showing the points of the current logged user instead of the points of the profile shown.
Please, use the next snippet to show the correct information using the profile’s ID: https://gamipress.com/snippets/buddypress-integration/force-to-use-buddypress-displayed-user-instead-of-user-logged-in/ .

When you install the Points Per Quiz Score add-on, you will see a new menu on the right of the “Point Type” screen. This new menu is called “Points per quiz score”. Inside this menu, you will find a question that can be checked that says: “Award points to users per quiz score?”. In order to make this add-on work, please check this option.
Once you check this option, a new part of the menu will be revealed. You can change the configuration in this new part of the menu.
