Yes I was on the latest version of the plugin.

I’ve fixed the issue from uninstalling but just wondering if you had come across this before or aware of it, in hope of fixing.

Can you choose a heading, star and text sizes from within the shortcode, ie: use a font size of 16px and heading size of 20px, star-size = small? And the box container used?

Or should I just add a class to the container div / container and style manually?

1. I’ve used [reviews_rating reviews_link="View Google Reviews" write_review_link="Leave A Review" icon="false" theme="columns three" limit="3" name="false"] which seems to do the job. This will display the first 3, what if after this i wanted to display reviews 4 onwards as a list, is there a way to start the latest reviews from position number 4 or remaining reviews?

2. A carousel would be awesome, look forward to that!

3. Using the badge theme, found it. But it still gives you all the reviews etc, do you have to add this as well icon="false" review_text="false" limit="0" avatar="false" vicinity="false" excerpt="false" ?

Take it posting a support question here is pointless?

ah right ok, so the workaround would be to create 3 separate lists and add the 3 shortcodes to the page, if you wanted them in a set order to avoid the duplicate names appearing?

Tried that too,

Variable 1
Alana, James, Kaitlin, Anna

Variable 2:
Utah, Cleveland, Ohio, Manchester

Seems to display duplicate names, rather than in that specific order in the list.

At one point ‘Kaitlin’ appeared on each of the 3 notifications.

tried that too

cleared browser cache, disabled all cache plugins, tried incognito, purged cache on server. Still loads in evert 4-5 seconds.

Settings > Show every (sec) = 15

Is there anywhere else that might be overriding this? Or another setting?

I’ve moved the shortcode into its own container using the ‘code widget’ within fusion builder at the bottom of the page, rather than the top. Seems to have fixed it now. ??

Just wondering if you have managed to replicate the issue at all?

Within the plugin settings I have chosen:

Publish > Where shortcode is inserted.

Then I have copied that shortcode to the post i want it to appear on.

As i dont want it on every post page. Just the one page only

My url is : tinkertravels dot com/presets/best-lightroom-preset-for-travel.html

I did try the all posts and pages option and it still appears behind the content.

It’s when you get to the bit that says “Whats included” behind the gallery.

ah ok thanks for the info.

As a solution, I have converted the youtube video to a gif and trimmed it down. Then selected the gif as a fallback for the video on desktop!

Not great for performance and site speed though, but I have my orders that the video is a must lol

EDIT:

Can i add a class to the ul if there are no posts:

no_posts_text=”Guides are coming soon”

As i would like to style this differently to the list that does have posts?

The other issue was all my posts using the star review don’t show the stars on the Google search results?
