Hello, I already have made a support ticket and not had a response to my recent request after receiving the below email:

They said: This is really strange, not sure what could have happened. Also, we are not able to reproduce this locally. All other teams are working properly?
Did you migrate your site recently?

I responded saying that we have not made a migration and all other teams are working properly and then asked whether there is a button which can be pressed to delete all data, because we cannot figure out how this has happened.

As they said “Also, we are not able to reproduce this locally” and are now not responding I assumed this means they cannot recover it, which is why I have gone to a wordpress forum. The matter is urgent as we have lost a lot of data which will take hours to input again.

@richteam I figured out that it was one of the short codes created which was causing the error. So I deleted it and created a new one. Unsure whether you were aware of this?

Now the videos are showing, but the thumbnails in the slider are not the correct ones.

I have tried to create new sliders to change the short code to see whether that was the issue and I have also tried another slider option, but it keeps reverting to incorrect thumbnails.

Please advise.

@richteam please let me know whether this is going to be fixed ASAP, otherwise I will have to delete the plugin and start all over again as it has been a long time since the page has been active.

@soberbanda Thank you so much for your help! I tried the reverting back to an old theme but it didn’t work, so I followed the thread you kindly suggested and I now have a plugin which has made it work. It is annoying that I have to have a plug in just for a Favicon but at least it is working! Thank you.

@soberbanda Thank you for your help. I have cleared cache, tried using another image, published my updates and the favicon is still showing as WordPress.
