I was getting the error and it was causing the hover function on the front page of my woocommerce shop to malfunction (you would hover over the item and instead of add to cart etc. it would just white out). Deactivated the plugin, started working again. Not a great weekend for this kind of thing!

Is another update coming?

Hi – thanks for your response. I know I could reissue permission via the order itself, or either increase the number of allowed downloads or leave it blank to leave as ‘live’ on their account. I was more curious as to why it happened, why if they did not download anything that it was saying they had exceeded the (single) limit. I guess it’s no big deal to increase the number of allowed downloads, but this will sort the problem, yes?
