In reply to: [WP eCards] mail failureHi Eddie,
It looks like the issue you’re experiencing with email delivery is related to DMARC policies on Gmail and not connected to our eCardWidget app or plugin. This type of error typically occurs when emails are sent from servers not aligned with Gmail’s authentication requirements, which is not something controlled by our services.
I recommend checking with your email service provider or your web hosting service for further assistance on this matter, as they will be better equipped to help you resolve this email delivery issue.
Best regards,
Tim

In reply to: [WP eCards] integrate microsoft outlookHi,
It sounds like you’re interested in limiting the sender’s email to a specific domain, such as [email protected], correct? If you’re looking to have eCards sent exclusively from your Microsoft 365 address or domain, I suggest a simpler approach. Instead of publishing the widget for public use, you could keep it private. This way, you can send eCards directly from your account, avoiding the need to restrict sender email addresses altogether.

I went ahead and fixed line breaks for the preview as well.
Thanks for the additional feedback as well. We are working on a feature to allow you to offer custom overlay text, however it’s currently in beta. If you want to become a beta tester send me an email and we will give you early access when it launches.

In reply to: [WP eCards] Personalized message formattingHi @avnerbro,
We just released an update with the fix for this issue. While we don’t support rich text for personal message, we were able to get the line breaks working.
Hope that helps!

In reply to: [WP eCards] Personalized message formattingHi,
Sorry for the delayed response. Didn’t see your message until now. Yes, that should be how it functions now so you likely found a bug. I will investigate. I will update you when I have a solution. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
Best,

In reply to: [WP eCards] Customer Upload image to show inside frameWe’re developing a new feature that allows customers to personalize text and image placeholders in e-card templates, including the ability to upload their own images as overlays. We hope to launch the feature by Q3.
This is what I put in my config file that checks to make sure the two values are set, and they aren’t, it falls back:
$_SERVER['SERVER_ADDR'] = isset($_SERVER['SERVER_ADDR']) ? $_SERVER['SERVER_ADDR'] : $_SERVER['HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR']; $_SERVER['SERVER_NAME'] = isset($_SERVER['SERVER_NAME']) ? $_SERVER['SERVER_NAME'] : $_SERVER['HTTP_HOST'];
