In reply to: [NP Quote Request for WooCommerce] Unexpected error on Cart pageThanks for your reply. I believe I only want the quote checkout page so if that’s connected to normal then yes, I want normal. All products are the same and based on quotations, so no Cart option necessary. But I understand it needs a high plugin/theme compatibility.
If I choose Checkout option: RFQ, then you’re being redirected to /cart and if I choose Normal you’re being redirected to /quote-request. Does this mean ‘normal’ uses the quote page and ‘rfq’ uses a modified version of the cart page? I’m asking this because I have another issue with non logged in visitors who are being redirected to the wrong checkout page

I also discovered another issue. When the product has variants (e.g., 5 liters, 10 liters, 25 liters), the button appears after a 5-second delay. If I change the variant from 5 liters to 10 liters, the button disappears and reappears after another 5-second delay.
The CSS code changes from
display:none
todisplay:block
. I understand you’re doing this to prevent clicking the button when no variant is selected. However, other quote plugin developers have solved this by displaying a blocking icon when hovering over the button. Is there a way to eliminate the delay in the button’s appearance? As a Sidenote: The quote button is showing when using the Woocommerce template instead of Avada. So it seems as if the plugin isn’t compatible with Avada unfortunately.
Hi, thanks for your reply. Unfortunately the shortcode makes my whole productpage empty. I tried a text and a html element, disabling all plugins etc, but nothing works.
Is this something the premium plugin would do better? On the status page everything is green by the way.- This reply was modified 3 weeks, 2 days ago by timmiieehh.
Sorry, but wow: After the update a lot of items are gone or not clickable. What happened? I cannot see the agent list, I cannot see the email notifications anymore. Email piping doesn’t work.
Hello,
I already tried to rename the folder on the server, I logged and after that I renamed it to the original name. But I will try to login with a different IP address.
Hi, thanks for your reply. I found out I could fix the issue by checking the option “Tag Manager executes scripts that place cookies” from yes to no in combination with the opt-in without categories. In this case the remarketing cookies are blocked if the visitor chooses “only functional cookies” instead of “all cookies”. I checked this with tag assistant.
In practice this means -) choosing functional cookies -) only analytics is loaded. Choosing all cookies, all of the cookies are loaded.
I think it’s better yo send you an email. Because what I meant was Google Tag Manager doesn’t work at all. Not even the “Default Workspace”. Normally it should work when there is a connection between tag manager and the website.
Which tag doesn have an influence that Google Tag Manager works in its entirety?
I tried everything but the only way to make sure google tag manager and the analytics tag work is to disable categories and press on “all cookies”. If I use categories, none of the tags show up. So if you have no solution or aren’t to able to help me then I will need to search for another Cookie Opt In plugin.
The Test Mode (default workspace) in Google Tag Manager isn’t working either when Complianz plugin is activated.
I found out that accepting all of the cookies makes Analytics and Tag Manager works. If I only accept the functional cookies, Google Tag Manager and the rest of the tags do not work.

It seems as if the Analytics tag is being placed in the same category as the Remarketing Tag but that doesn’t seem right since we are using Analytics purely for functional purposes. And I’m using the cmplz_event_functional code to fire Analytics.

Well, I found out changing the option “use categories” from yes to no and opted “all cookies” in the front-end showed the analytics and remarketing tag in Google Tag Assistant.
If I choose ‘only functional cookies’ nothing shows up. So this probably means I need to check the Analytics tag to make sure this one is set properly?

If you want to take a look please, I can send you a DM with the url. Perhaps I’m missing something?
Hi Aert,
Thanks for your reply.
I have used several TAGs in combination with triggers to let Complianz fire our Remarketing Tags. So yes, I am using Complianz for over a half a year this way. I’m fully aware on how to create tag based on the categories since I have one for Google Ads and I have one for Facebook Pixel.
But the problem is Complianz won’t load anything at all since last friday. I am using Tag Assistant in Google Chrome and it doesn’t do anything regardless of which option (Functional / Remarketing) tag I check, Complianz doesn’t fire anything. So my first guess Complianz won’t load the Google Tag Code (GTM-XXXX) at all since we can all agree this is the basics and fundamental start to begin with, right?
If I disable Complianz and load the GTM code directly from the header everything works fine. So that’s why I am convinced it has something to do with Complianz.
