It works for the Primary Navigation but not the Social Navigation.

WordPress 5.8.2, Blockbase and Zoologist themes and Gutenberg plugin are clean installs and unedited.

That’s a shame – thought one might be able to display TOC on qualifying items in a specific category like the homepage blog option. Best wishes.
