It seems a little better. There are now 3200 files listed under ‘Unknown’, some of which I can send for analysis, others I can approve or delete. So at least I can do something with them…but there are so many! YIKES!
Thanks for your help!
@dimitrycleantalk We installed the fix version and ran a couple of tests. The test cases *seem* to be fine. We’ll have to see what happens when an actual client attempts to use the form. Thanks!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Template part has been deleted or is unavailable@icommllc Thank you! I find it ridiculous that hundreds – maybe even thousands – of site owners will have to replace their THEME because that’s supposedly where the conflict lies…
Actually, I figured out a workaround. I inserted a script on the page that opens all external links on that page in a new tab. Thanks, anyway.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Site Health Error/WarningSorry, yes! The warning is now cleared. I didn’t realize my email address with wp.org needed to be updated. So, I didn’t know there were replies to my topic.
Thank you both so much!
@doccarter before you do that, please note the message from Imagely above – the issue has been fixed and will be rolled out in an update soon. :o)
WAHOOO!!!! Thank you, Gaby @imagely!!
@thehowarde @edanzer @imagely Thanks to all of you for input/response.
Indeed, I was trying to upload PNG files when the error occurred. I’ve always been able to use PNGs in the past, so it never occurred to me to try a different file type. Hehe.
I look forward to further news of the patch. In the meantime, I am uploading JPGs to populate my galleries.

Thanks, @edanzer. Yes, I just tried it and I am still experiencing the issue. I am willing to grant you access to troubleshoot. As a free plugin user, how do I submit a bug report??
Hey, Dmitris, just sent reply via secure contact form per your request.
Also, the test sale that generated the error \”Requested HTML document contains no data.\” did go through on the back end. The test card (which was actually a live card with a live sale) was charged for the transaction.
I receive the following error testing a sale on the staging site (https://bbq.websuperchick.com/store):
There was an error processing your card – \”Requested HTML document contains no data.\”. Please try again.
Thanks for the heads up on the card! Yikes!!
The gateway being used is Stripe, and I believe the settings are correct (see image at https://drive.google.com/file/d/1aChtILnbEQFGSZR9lItqSIDtasJ41CzA/view?usp=sharing).
OK, completely shut off ALL plugins except MarketPress. Same issue. Left all plugins off (except MP) and tried it with default Twenty Seventeen theme. Still the same issue. Spinner just spins in infinity and order never processes on the front end.
Thank you so much! I’ve deactivated all but the necessary plugins and it’s still happening.
