Received HTTP code 403 from proxy after CONNECT
There is nothing else under this. We’ve had issues in the past with our firewall blocking connections and have to put a rule in for each one we need. What exactly is this trying to connect to? If it’s a CDN I assume it won’t be static?
Latest WP version BTW

Yep the authentication option, mentioned above works fine with the right plug-ins (v1.1 compatible), but I can’t find another one like this, which enables me to filter a particular hashtag from a particular user…was just about to launch the site as well!
This has been coming for sometime though…
