Thanks for your feedback. It’s the strangest thing, I don’t remember having any plugin that added custom tabs and recent changes were using cloudflare as a cdn and I installed wprocket plugin as well plus rafflepress. I’ve now gone with your suggestion to add a plugin that does this and it works well. I’ve still lost all the information on all the other products I had but I guess I’ll have to re-add that info over time.

Hi Tim,

Yes as I was shutting down my computer I noticed the image had come back again. I followed a few suggestions from an old post, they suggested clearing all cache on browser and cache on wordpress and also one of the suggestions on old post was to go to elementor, tools and click on ‘regenerate files & data’ – so I did that as well so I’m guessing one of those did the trick. Thanks for asking

Also further to above, I was looking in gtmetrix and if you go to the waterfall tab and if you go to url’s, the banner url comes up in red and shows ‘404’
I’m not a web developer so I have no idea what this all means, it just caught my eye because it’s in red and it happens to be the banner that is not working. Thought maybe somebody clued up will know what is then causing my banner not to show. I wouldn’t mind so much if I could just create another banner but it looks like even adding another banner the images do not show.

I just checked my products columns again and the screen options have been restored without me doing anything so I’m guessing it was maybe a glitch on woocommerce side and they fixed whatever it was. I’m just happy it’s fixed. Thanks

Thank-you TP, will do so and Thank You Tom, I may try that but I had done some extra pages on my site so this isn’t ideal because it means I’ll have to redo them. If other support can’t find problem I’ll do what you suggested. Thanks both
