In reply to: [Aspose.Words - Import and Export word documents] Need registrationCan you please double check that you have installed the latest version of the plugin? Because the plugin does not require registration, it only needs to be activated after installation.

In reply to: [Aspose.PDF Exporter] forcing to share dataIt seems you are using an old version. The latest version does not need any customer information. Please try to install the latest version and confirm.
Perhaps it is due to a feature called background exports. When enabled, all pages will be exported in the background and saved in the wp-content folder. If the site has a lot of posts and heavy traffic, try to disable background exports from the plugin settings page and clean the tmp directory.
We have already noticed the issue and hopefully, it will be fixed in the upcoming release of the plugin. We will notify you as soon as we publish it.
We will appreciate it if you please check it on some computer and share the results. You can take the backup of your WordPress site and restore on another server(computer). Also please confirm, that are you using a multi site WordPress setup?

“Pre-process shortcodes before exporting document” was enabled, but it still exported the codes in the page (this only happens with pages, not posts).
