It seems you are using Aspose.PDF Exporter WordPress Plugin to export posts to PDF instead of Aspsoe.Words Exporter. You are getting issue because you have reached to your monthly free credit limit. In next the next version of Aspose.PDF Exporter WordPress Plugin we are introducing free unlimited access to Aspose.PDF Cloud API to export post contents to PDF document. Hopefully, it will be released in a couple of weeks.

Please try the latest release of Aspose DOC Exporter Plugin. It is free with unlimited access to aspose.cloud API for export, along with many other improvements.

However, if you still face the issue, then please share your sample post as html and following details. We will investigate it and will guide you.

You can download older versions of Aspose DOC Exporter WordPress Plugin using Advanced View Tab.

Please note latest version of Plugin is free with unlimited access and starts with a one click activation. However, in older versions you need to get App Key and App SID from https://dashboard.aspose.cloud/ to activate it. And it has access limit as per your pricing plan.

I’m just wondering if this plugin can be used on the front-end to allow a website user to download a post or page as a word/text file?

I’m afraid currently this feature is not supported. We have plan to implement it in future. We will notify you as soon as it is implemented.

I’m afraid, we only test our plugin on officially supported versions of WordPress. However you may try to update the main plugin.php file, change [Requires at least: 5.0] to a lower version. Hopefully it will work.

We are sorry for your inconvenience. Please double check you have entered correct App Key and SID at setting page. Furthermore, you can check My Usage Tab in aspose.cloud dashboard for logs.

Please also note, recently we have increased the free pricing plan monthly credit limit to 150 credit.
