Are you having difficulty installing the app or finding where the app is located once installed?

Sorry to hear you’ve been having issues with the TikTok Shop onboarding process. Are you able to reproduce this issue? When you encountered this issue did an error banner appear with the option to copy a “LogID”? Alternatively, if you’re comfortable with your browsers developer tools, you can search for the network request to the /shop/connection/create_shop endpoint, and look for the x-tt-logid response header. This will help us debug your issue from our side.
