after renaming every plugin I’ve found out, that the disabled login button was a combination of deleting your plugin and the plugin “WPS Hide Login”. After deleting it too I could login again to reinstall both plugins again. Now it works fine.

The problem is the same with free and pro version, but ok, I’ve opened a ticket on your website.

Hmmm, for me this plugin works very well. It’s the best SMTP-Plugin I’ve ever tested. In most case of misconfiguration it’s the “error 40” (in germany). That’s the error 40cm in front of the computer. ??

And when there’s no error in your log, maybe the error is on the other side.

It would be so friendly, if you could tell, WHY it’s not user friendly at all!?

What exactly should I record? The screenshots above are telling the problem. I think it’s much easier to give you access to one of my websites. Tell me, how I can give you the access data. Then you can find out, where the problem exactly is.

of course already done. Clearing the caches, updating everything, and deactivating all the other plugins are the first things I try, when something like this happens. I’ve tested it on three different computers and it’s everywhere he same.

I’ve just checked it again. On one site there is still the same problem. On another site in the same installation is everything fine. How could this be?

When you read all posts you can see, that @cybecom has found the problem. It was in the code.

You have to udate the plugin to the latest version and check the keys again.

I have just seen, that the focus keywords, which are set for alt-attribut in information-text-modules are “seen” by Rank Math. The keyword-density is too high now. But they are not counted for the alt attribute… :/

For me, everything works fine now. Thanks a lot to the hole support team!! ??

?hm, you can’t see a captcha, when you’ve set the reCAPTCHA v3. That’s the benefit with v3. ??

You’re right. When I hover the “?”, I can read it two. I have to enter the v3 site key and the v2 secret key.
