all files are in wp-content/uploads directory. Files are all there but like you said memitch if I try to look at them I get a 404 error.

BTW mine is a single site install

I don’t have WPMU mine is a single site install. I got no directions to delete anything or change the .htaccess

Same issue here, started another thread about it.

I noticed as well I did not change the directory, and if I look in the FTP all the images are there.
