Hello aflorarte – can you tell me what resolved your issue? We’re experiencing the same.

Thanks for the reply Takayuki – deactivating all plugins wont allow other parts of our website to work. Before hiring assistance to do this and taking our site offline for a period of time, we want to be sure there are no other fixes.

We did a lot more testing and have been able to isolate it to a specific browser as well as a specific date the issue started.

We have found that clients accessing our website via Internet Explorer 11 (user agent Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; Trident/7.0; rv:11.0) since 3/25/21, are receiving an error message (“THERE WAS AN ERROR TRYING TO SEND YOUR MESSAGE. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER.”) when trying to send forms – these forms are being sent to Flamingo, but stuck in spam with “Spam log: reCAPTCHA response token is empty.” Prior to 3/25/21, clients were able to use our forms without issue via Internet Explorer 11 (same user agent/version)

We have deactivated all unnecessary/unused plugins and have updated Advanced noCaptcha & invisible Captcha to current version. Please see updated list of active plugins and their versions.
