Hello, I am really sorry to hear that you had such an experience with our support. It is true that we give priority to our premium clients but we also give our best to help users of the free version of Tickera and we want to make this right. I tried to find your support ticket but without any luck. Having said that, could you please give us the support ticket ID or any other kind of reference so I can check what went wrong?

It’s related to the freemius errors not with the restrict plugin itself. It could be a broken data stored in the database that somehow causing the error to appear during the plugin reactivation/deactivation. Please try to install freemius fixer and clean up data.
