after localized on my website, Instead of displaying the image, it gives the message that the image does not exist

When I view the source of the page, instead of the SVG file, it has placed the code of the SVG file, if it should have placed the address of the localized file.

I did this but still the problem is not solved and the white screen is blank
But when I turn on the plugin and disable it, the problem is solved

i tested by default wp theme and desable all plugins
but problem not fix

Yes all plugin and wordpress is update
Tested by default theme
Clear cache in server and cdn
but not fixed
