The problem isn’t in MultiSite.
Using Scholar child with Woothemes the Ticket Page wasn’t rendered correctly. Change the 1.5.1 to 1.4 version solve temporary the problem. https://github.com/claudiosmweb/woocommerce-boleto/releases/tag/1.4.0
