Hi, ignore the warning, have to take it out as it is a legacy warning. Auto scaling of compositions works in general, just give it a try and go through a couple of the issues otherwise. Experimenting a bit with the stage settings usually brings the desired results.

This isn’t very helpful. Did you even file an issue with more detailed information on what isn’t working for you?

Looks to me like its all working correctly, have you been able to resolve this? The scaling of the composition depends on the parent (div wrapper, content div or whatever) that you put the composition in.

@roberts_972 Please try the dev version of the plugin as state in a couple of other threads.

Please check the dev tools, still the same error. As long as there are JS errors in the console then chances are pretty high that compositions won’t play.

Hi, now the page of the link above throws a “jquery not defined” caused by line 593. I guess jquery is not loaded anymore, but you still have code for “Add PrettyPhoto” in there.

uploading the animation worked for me locally after raising the upload limit to 8MB in the edge suite settings. It also plays as any other animation, so this doesn’t seem to be directly related to edge suite. I checked and you have a really big jpeg and png in there. For testing try to reduce the file size and get under 1MB or so, I bet this is a server upload/filesize issue.

Hey, if you want to upload the OAM somewhere and post the link (or sent the link, not the OAM to [email protected]). I can test it on my local install and see if I can get it to work, then we know if it’s a problem with your server or with ES.

I checked the dev console and there seem to be some issues there. I get an error within easing.js, which sin’t part of ES. If a JS error happens anywhere then it most likely kills animations which aren’t loaded up until then.

You also get the following on both pages: “Javascript error in event handler! Event Type = timeline” This is probably an issue with jquery, see

What you can do is try to disable other jquery / JS plugins for testing and see if that resolves the problem. That’s at least my best bet on where the issue is coming from. It could of course also be a problem within ES but so far no one else has problems playing multiple compositions on a page with the new version of the plugin.

@magdigit You most likely have to tweak your stage settings a bit (enable scaling, disable max width, etc.) I have to find someone to write and FAQ section about it.

Thanks for sharing your solution. Please take a look at the other issues in the issue queue. As stated there, a dev version of the plugin is available which solves this problem which got introduced through the latest EA update.

Please test the latest dev version of the plugin here in the repo. Closing as resolved, please open a new issue if you experience any problems with the dev version.
