I think 2 in one row is too small for mobile, however it only my view.

It’s not a problem for me to change it in the child-theme css.
So if you change it or not is up to you.

Works fine,
however on my samsung note 3 it shows 2 pics in a row, I just overwrite the css “ul.foogallery-polaroid li a” width to 80% in my child theme css.

I tested it on android and Crome develope tool Iphone 5

I have 36 images in gallery, only 4 shows up on mobile,
