Thanks for coming back.
Unfortunately that hasn’t worked I can confirm the app is published, set to Production and User type is External. To see if there was any user error I have gone through and set it up again from scratch but still the same result.
I’ve used WPSMTP on other sites and never encountered this issue before, would be great to get it revolved so I can stop sending on form notifications to my client.
