  • The actual language is Dutch ??
My German isn’t good at all.

The all in one seo plugin is in its entirety only available for the admin user, this is cannot be changed (the plugin doesn’t have such option)

I know that your plugin only hides areas, not capabilities. To bad it kinda messes up the whole list when there seems to be one area allready hidden. This happened since version 1.9.x

The current wordpress installs I’m working with are only accessible from within my company network. I’ll check if I can make an English installation and grant you access.

when I’m back at the office tomorrow I’ll send you an email if I have the time.

It works with custom posttypes now,
    Core is still working
    So there’s some progress!

But I hate to bring it to you,
When i have the “all in one SEO pack” plugin installed,
    it still doesn’t work correctly.

Adminimize then hides different items from the ones i’ve selected.
it’s like the id’s [ ] are not communicating with the correct menu items.

The menu option “all in one SEO” is hidden by default for the Author.
Only visible for the Admin user.

If i do check this to be hidden in Adminimize (allthough it is hidden allready), Adminimize disables the first seperator group that’s next in line.

i know All in one SEO pack is not your plugin, thus not your problem,
    but it has worked before.

I have a slight feeling it all started going weird when you’ve seperated the “admin bar options” into different options for back-end and front-end.

Still love your plugin though, use it a lot.

I did a clean install of WP 4.4.1,
    only installed your plugin 1.9.3-alpha,

No templates, no custom posttypes, no other plugins.
    Works like a charm.

No problems with a clean install, woks fine for core items only.

I hope this is wat you’re looking for.

*in the screenshot is says “author”
but i do mean the user with a “Editor” role.

    Unfortunately,
I still have some issues with the menu options (adminbar options work great)
It looks like the menu isn’t corresponding with what is visblie.

    example;
I have multiple custom post types that are added to the menu, also some plugins that are visible in the menu.

I’ve installed “all in one SEO pack”
this adds a new menu button right after “dashboard”
but isn’t visible to an author at all.

When i disable other functions though your plugin,
    it disables the wrong items.
(eg: i disable the “links” item, but it hides the “pages” item)

After unistalling the all in one SEO plugin, I also have to completely reset the adminimize plugin otherwise the menu options still remail visibile within your plugin (even after deleting beforementioned plugin)

So there’s still some problems with the list items the menu consists of.

Before the update, it all worked without problems.
Last known 100% correct working version: Adminimize 1.8.6

    Kudo’s for your fast reply!

I’ve been testing it as we speak,
first impression is that your fixed version is working correctly.

If i find anything that doesn’t work, I’ll let you know asap!

Thank you soooo much for fixing!

I still had a local copy of the plugin, version 1.8.6 and copied this over the updated version on my webspace.

But i guess it’s neccesary the current version of the plugin gets fixed.
I’m not too fond about using older versions…

I’ve also noticed that the columns for Autohor and editor have switched places..
So I rolled back to a previous version of the plugin, and now everything works properly again.

    Same problem here.

Doesn’t matter what I enable or disable for an Author or an editor.
all items in the menu remain visible since latest update.

    Any updates on this?

also getting the “invalid Auth response”

previously authored accounts on other websites still work,
    new authorisations keep failing.

    working with WP 3.9.2
Front-end of site still working correctly.

Issues only occur in wordpress admin.

    I had the same problem,
    first it adds a <p></p>
    second item adds <p></p><p></p>
    third item adds <p></p><p></p><p></p>

    and so on.

    I soved it by editting/disabling/removing
    $layout_line='<p>'.$layout_line.'</p>';

    on line 94 in plugins\extensive-recent-posts-widget\views\widget.php

    Hope this helps someone out.
(please fix this issue in next update.)

Absolutely love this plugin, it does what should be expected from the standard recent posts widget.
