I’ve been having the same issue since 4.* but I can’t tell if it’s a database issue or a network issue but I believe it’s a network issue due to my service provider which is AT&T.

I also can’t add images to post via add media button.

I’m having an issue with Appearance>Widgets. The whole page seems to be broken, I cannot expanded widget area to add, remove or edit widgets.
