In reply to: [PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce] Just one question : Why ?Okay, I understand.
I’m taking over the management of an old site; and I didn’t know that this license dated back to 2020, especially since I didn’t have any notification for an update.
When I logged in to the WP Overnight account, I did indeed notice.
I’ll be sure to correct it soon, thanks!Forum: Reviews
In reply to: [PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce] Just one question : Why ?I don’t understand why the plugin doesn’t offer me an update in this case.
Furthermore, following your questioning, I notice that the Pro version is notified “By Ewout Fernhout”; is this normal?
Here’s what I’ve got : LinkForum: Reviews

In reply to: [PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce] Just one question : Why ?Yes, I’m not saying otherwise, the names are similar. ??
However, the names displayed in the admin interface are not.
When I go to the list of plugins, I see them as follows:
PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce
and
WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips Professional
As a result, one is in the middle of the list and the other at the end.
Understand?
When I told you about the names displayed, I was thinking more along the lines of :
PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce
PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce Professional
ou
WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips
WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips Professional
In short, a detail!
But one that would allow us to see them together.
Have a nice dayForum: Reviews
In reply to: [PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce] Just one question : Why ?Hi @alexmigf,
Thank you for your reply.
I’ve changed my rating because despite my misunderstanding (the pro version could take the core of the standard version and add the extra options like a pro add-on), the plugin is very good.
If this is your way of doing things, it would have been simple and beneficial for us if both versions had the same basic name, so that they’d be one below the other in the list of plugins.
In short, it’s a detail, I agree.
Thanks again and all the best!Forum: Reviews
In reply to: [Object Cache 4 everyone] not seriousLOL
I voted this plugin one star because 5 months ago, its activation crashed my WordPress. And when I saw in the forum that no ticket had ever been answered, I put this comment. I didn’t try to add one more ticket that would have remained unanswered like the others. lol.
I just wrote the truth and you were quick to reply that you had no obligation.
You said “If not, post a support topic and let us help you. Then decide if you’re receiving timely assistance or not.“
? Why would I put a support ticket today when I’ve moved on to something else?
I don’t need your help anymore because I’ve done without a plugin that didn’t work.
If my note is null and void, ignore it as much as you’ve been ignoring most tickets for over 7 months. ??
Some users have been waiting months for an answer, so don’t waste time on me, give them that time.In fact, the more you answer, the more you prove me right.
Too bad.Forum: Reviews
In reply to: [Object Cache 4 everyone] not seriousHey,
It’s easier to point out what’s not mandatory than to offer a free plugin and answer to the people who use it. Mostly to answer that more than 5 months later, but okay.
What’s more, if the WordPress documentation reaffirms this, it relieves you of any obligation; everything’s perfect, you’re right.
So I did what others do, I switched to a free plugin with really nice support. And then, being satisfied, I bought a license.
Anyway, I’m really pleased for you that everything is running smoothly on your WordPress.
You should give yourself 5 stars. You’re welcome
From a security point of view, yes. But I’m not ignoring the 3,000 lines that clutter up the log file every month, it’s annoying.
So, I took care of it myself with a simple ” if(!empty($value)){} “
And I should have done it from the start after all.
Thanks anyway.- This reply was modified 7 months, 4 weeks ago by Thomas.

In reply to: [instant.page] Works very well except with…Hi there,
Some people have been waiting for a reply for 4 years, I’d be surprised if anyone replied. This is the story of a plugin that is more serious than its author.
