In reply to: IIS Security & PermissionsNo, although from what I understand it is only a security hole if someone wishing to be malicious knows a WP username & password.

In reply to: Going DedicatedHi,
I’ve been playing about with things for a bit, then coming back which probably isn’t the best way to figure it all out.
I’ve found this link which seems to tell you how to do it all in one place:

Thanks for the tips threestyler.

In reply to: Going DedicatedSecond link seemed to do the job nicely.
Although I’m still not 100% on what needs to be installed, the app on this link seems to do all the legwork for you.
I initially installed the IIS role on the server, downloaded & installed MySQL Workbench, & stuck WordPress into the C:\inetpub\wwwroot folder on the server, however when I went to install WordPress (https://127.0.0.1/wp-admin/install.php), a message appeared informing that there was no PHP present(not sure of exact terminology).
If anyone could tell me what else I needed to stick on the server, then I’d be greatful?
Thanks

In reply to: Problem when opening on mobile phoneOK,
Sorry I’ve not replied sooner. Had a few days off for Easter. So try this –
Open up your page, click on the html tag above the text input box, find the map html & where it says:
width: 650px; height: 200px;
change it to read
width: 100%; height: 200px;
Let me know how it goes.

In reply to: Help with layout problemNot sure what you mean with regards to changing the HTML code & layout. With regards to the borders, you need to edit the style.css file in your theme.
To find out which bits to modify, use firefox & install firebug. Then inspect the problematic element & firebug will tell you what in style.css are controlling the look of the item.

In reply to: Problem when opening on mobile phoneI believe it is due to you having a fixed width of 640pixels for your map, & your page theme shrinks to fit the iPhone screen which I believe happens to be 640px width, hence that its displaying across the whole width.
Take a look into making iframes (which is the html behind the map) fit into the page content.

In reply to: Problems displaying images in IE8 and 9Check the source code on the images. They don’t look like html addresses!
Probably the best thing that you could do is to delete the images & re-upload them. See if that works.
If you go to the control panel & click “Media”, do the images display correctly in there in IE?
