In reply to: Cannot Unsubscribe From WordPress Plugin Support PageA number of days ago. My inbox is still filled with irrelevant emails from the above mentioned forum.
I have tried unsubscribing in different browsers. I have tried deactivating ALL of the add ons in my browser. I have tried clearing all cookies and cache.
To no avail.
if you’re not labeled as subscribed on your profile page, you shouldn’t be subscribed at all
That makes sense to me, yet in my case this is not true. I am not labeled as subscribed on my profile page and yet indeed I am getting the emails and the link on top of the forum still says “unsubscribe from this plugin.”
I have seen other posts around www.remarpro.com about this. It looks like a repeated problem.
This needs to be fixed.
I’m pretty much going to just start clicking “report as spam” in my email inbox. I don’t know what else to do.

In reply to: [Logos Reftagger] The Future of RefTaggerAny idea when that will be done?
I already deactivated on all my sites that I run because of security alerts from Wordfence.
It seems that my other sites hosted on Dreamhost are also having this problem, but we can start with just this one.

In reply to: [Gravity Forms Braintree Add-On] Update ComingThank you for that info @mipaca !
Very helpful.
I am about to renew my SSL certificate, so I’ll check with my hosting company to see if it will be an issue.
Most likely not.
Blessings to you!

In reply to: [Gravity Forms Braintree Add-On] Update ComingI see this announcement on my Braintree Dashboard:
As part of PCI 3.1 requirements, we will be deprecating support for TLS 1.0 and 1.1 in Production. You can find information on how to update your systems here – https://bit.ly/2h5v0w3
Any idea if the coming update solves any problems related to this?
And… Any idea if the coming update will be in time to avoid any problems related to this?
Yah, the error I fixed was in the plugin it appears.

In reply to: [Gravity Forms Braintree Add-On] Update ComingThis is FABULOUS NEWS!
I am hoping you don’t restrict the plugin to your more premium users.
I have only a personal license and will be priced out if it goes only to the higher level users like the other payment gateway plugins.
But if you are keeping it in here as a free plugin, I am very excited!
I am currently using the plugin for a fundraiser to go to India and do some development work there.
I hope it doesn’t break before you get the update out. ??

In reply to: [WP Hide Post] Parse Error / Syntax Error on Update – whole site crashedFor anyone else who needs it, here is where I found the old version that worked on my site (1.2.2).
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WP Hide Post] Parse Error / Syntax Error on Update – whole site crashedI found the previous versions.
I had to go back to 1.2.2 to get rid of the error.
Of course, now I have to constantly see the nag to upgrade that plugin. ??
Do you have any plans to fix this so that it would work with php 5.3?
It looks like a third of sites are still using 5.3:

Blessings and Thank You for your efforts.

In reply to: [WP Hide Post] Parse Error / Syntax Error on Update – whole site crashedI’ve got the exact same error on my site.
It is running php 5.3
Where can I find the previous version of the plugin?
And what version of php does your plugin require (and why?)
It appears that I have successfully fixed my problem by finding the correct line in the above mentioned error and changing it from “protected” to “public.”
Basically I changed this: “protected function authorize” to “public function authorize”
Now it is working again.

In reply to: [Gravity Forms Braintree Add-On] Addon No Longer WorksAre you saying that Gravity Forms is taking this on and it will now only be available to people with developer license?
Or are you just saying they are taking on this free add-on?
Either way, I don’t see any signs that anybody has done anything with this at all.

In reply to: [Gravity Forms Braintree Add-On] Further developmentThat would be nice.
Doesn’t appear to be true though.
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Gravity Forms Braintree Add-On] Addon No Longer WorksThe only problem with Gravity Forms “adopting” this is that their addons only work with their developer license. I don’t know that I would pay $200 per year for this.
But I would pay the $39 per year that I am paying with a personal license.
