In reply to: Is there a fast and efficient way to post?I just quickly tried MS live writer and it is a perfect off-line editor save its tagging feature.
How can I make Live Writer forget about Technorati Tags and tag my posts in the usual way?

In reply to: Is there a fast and efficient way to post?Thank you guys. I just tried Qumana and it was heinous.
It only sees part of my old posts, leaving me the impression that they were incomplete posts. And I lost a large part of my post on Ron Jeremy. My rant and review about Qumana.
Will try out MS live writer and ecto.

In reply to: Backing Up WP Site1. Back up Mysql database using C-Panel.
2. Back up your public_html or www folder. Preferably using WinSCP for secure connection and its mirroring function.
3. If you connect from WinSCP, you will see www is a symbolic link to public_html. (at least in my case. just backup one of them).by the way, which hosting company are you using? Like it?

In reply to: Is there a multi language solution? Some content of my posts do show up in Google search, but Google seems to be reluctant to dig further into the individual posts (categories, archives).
Also, if I redirect my blog to a sub-domain (blog.mysite.com), do I need to adjust anything to make Google crawl it?
(Maybe I am a little manic about search engines right now).

In reply to: Is there a multi language solution? Please forget my ad-friendly talk. I don’t know what I was referring to, perhaps “Google friendly.”
I am a bit disappointed that Google still only sees the front page of my blog, not the individual posts. Even tough I have submitted my sitemap.
Do you have any idea how to make Google see my individual posts and show it in search results?

In reply to: Is there a multi language solution?Thank you. I want the interface to comply with the language of the posts.
Do you think it is a good idea if I install two blogs under as sub-domains:
english.myblog.com
spanish.myblog.comWill this compatible with Google web crawlers and is this setting Ad-friendly?

In reply to: Why does Google search only point to my front page?My permalinks are indeed sported with question marks. But a similar site works fine even using ?paged=38 format.
Maybe my site is just too young (about 2 weeks online) to be graced by Google?

In reply to: Is there a multi language solution?moshu:
Thank you.
What I want to do is to write certain posts in one language while write
other posts on different topics in another language, is this possible? My impression is that those multilingual plugins are for the same page with different languages.
