Manoj is working with us to provide support for our themes. He’s now changed the image for his profile to be the think up themes logo so it’s a bit more clear hopefully that he’s working with us.

I’ve checked the ticket history, and there are no unanswered tickets in the queue. Please can you ensure you submit all support ticket requests for the Pro theme from the members area at https://www.thinkupthemes.com, and in addition please do check your junk mailbox to ensure that any email updates received for your support tickets are not being incorrectly sent there instead of your inbox.

Sorry to hear you experienced issues, did you get a chance to submit a support ticket from the members over for the Pro version. We respond to all support tickets within 24 hours for Pro members, and where a ticket can’t be resolved in-ticket we then escalate to live support via a callback.

You’ll find the theme options for Consulting Pro in the “Theme Options” section in the customizer. Here’s a screenshot which shows where you’ll find this:

Looks like a similar issue to the one you posted for Sento.
Please can you confirm, does the issue only happen when the child theme is activated or does it also happen when the parent theme (Renden) is activated?

Please can you go to Settings -> Reading in your admin area an check that you’ve either assigned a static homepage or set the blog to display on the front page. The slider performs a check to ensure the front page has been correctly assigned before being loaded.

In the meantime please try adding the following custom css to your site from the Customizer -> Additional CSS option:
#intro #intro-core { display: block; } #intro #intro-core-wrap { width: 500px; }
This should center the page title in IE. Please do let us know how you get on with it! ??
When the update is released with this fix you can go ahead and remove the custom css, as it’ll be included within the core theme files at that point.

Firstly, apologies for the delay. As @cmowery stated, the support has been slower than expected here recently due to unforseen circumstances. Pro support is entirely separate to free support, with response times within 24 hours.
With regards to adding sliders to inner pages, yes that’s a feature or Pro for sure, you can add as many sliders to inner pages in that version. However, with the free version although at present it’s not possible to do this, there are a few options. For example if all you want to do so is assign images to the top of posts you can create an image post.
To create an image post, simple select the “Image” post type on the right column of the post editor page. Be sure to assign a featured image to the post, as it’s that image which will be displayed at the top of the post.
