That’s what I was doing. I was able to get the content to change but not the sidebar. I guess I’ll keep looking.

I rolled back to a previous version which solved the problem. I won’t be updating until the problem is addressed.

I’m having the same problem. I don’t think it’s compatible with the version. Disappointing.

I am not receiving email updates either. I have that set to enable.

I think you’re right about the plugin. I did another scan and a plugin was found with some malicious code so I just deleted it. Hopefully this does the trick. Thanks again for your help!

@bluebearmedia thank you for your comments. I actually AM a web developer and I know how to clean a site. What I’m trying to tell you is, I have done everything and my site is still getting hacked. It appears to be a “supp2 infection”.

No, they aren’t coming back as clean. And I can’t figure out why that could be. I’ve changed every password. No admin username. All are generated passwords. So, why would there still be hacked files?

Well, how do I go about getting rid of this backdoor? I’ve done everything in these articles.

Check out your Frameworks folder in the photo-gallery plugin. There’s a file missing: BWGOptions.php It was replaced with BWGOptions.php.suspected Just a few minutes ago it went missing all together. Replace that file and it will work again.

Mine keeps disappearing. I have no clue why. I contacted support about it.

Figured it out. I needed to make the add_action = genesis_before_content. ??

I was able to update the .htaccess file and now it’s working. Thanks all!
