I understand your comment about that the WPC Composite Products for WooCommerce may not be able to support using a combination of signup fee and subscription fee in the same item.

The plugin appears to support both the one time fee and the subscription fee when shown in the cart summary.

This leads me to ask why it cannot be supported on the single product page?

Which kind of subscription product you are using for your items?

There’s no way to consider two prices at the same time for the same item with our plugin, unfortunately.

• I am only looking to consider 1 one price. The challenge is that I only want to consider the one off payment and not the subscription price.

Regarding your question about the $order object in the function:

MailChimp_WooCommerce_Order: The $order object in your function is of type MailChimp_WooCommerce_Order. Are you sure that the get_items() method is available and returns the items in the expected format for this object? You might want to check the API documentation or the object methods to verify this. If get_items() is not a method on the MailChimp_WooCommerce_Order object, you will need to retrieve the order items differently.

The store country is set to Canada and the billing field does state “Postal Code.”

I notice that the CC info is pulled from the postal code field, but it only populates the numbers, so if the entered postal code is V8R 4M3, then the CC Zip Code field shows 843.

I did not edit any of the W3TC plugin files.

I had a look at the directory and noticed that “/home/stressmarq/public_html/wp-content/cache/db/000000/options_comments/” does not exist.

Do recommend that I manually create the folder then?

As for the
rmdir(/home/stressmarq/public_html/wp-content/cache/object/000000): Directory not empty
message, the folder is filled with a few hundred folders. What is your recommendation for those folders?

I understand not supporting custom code, but can you let me know if I can use wp_query with the results?

I reindexed all the data and it did not solve the issue.

I realized it might be an issue with how I have customized my search results page, so I ran a test using a simple index.php page and it showed all the results.

My challenge is that I need a customized search results page to show the Solr results. When I use wp_query to adjust how the search results are shown, this is when the pagination doesn’t line up with the number of results.

Here is an example on one of the wp_query I am using:

I realize that I could use the Solr search templates for showing the results, but the layout is heavily customized, and it shows a lot of custom fields.
Can I use the wp_query with Solr to create a customized search results page?`

Everything is set to show 10 posts per page. In the Solr settings, within General>Reading and within the Template page.

Is there any reason why would be showing double the number of pages needed for the search results?

There are 10 products shown on each page. I am not using caching.

I moved to a VPS so that I could increase the memory size. I no longer receive the fatal memory error, but the product archive pages take a long time to load with the plugin active (500-700 seconds).

The site uses WPML and has 1500 products (750 split between 2 languages).

Can you please let me know of any other information needed to help troubleshoot this issue.

I would like to change the tags for the events to be hierarchical (have descendants) like categories instead of not hierarchical like tags.

Hierarchical taxonomies will have a list with checkboxes to select an existing category in the taxonomy admin box on the post edit page (like default post categories). Non-hierarchical taxonomies will just have an empty text field to type-in taxonomy terms to associate with the post (like default post tags).

I checked and it appeared that admin users were not able to add/edit events. I updated this and saved, but was presented with this error message:

“Cannot load events-manager-options.”

I reloaded the WP Dashboard and can now see the events as expected.

Is there any reason I would get that error message, or why the admin would suddenly stop having permissions to edit?

I solved my own problem. There is an option within each product to apply taxes to the shipping only. This option is only available after you have enabled taxes in the Woocommerce setttings (which I hadn’t done prior to starting this thread).

I may need to clarify: I need the query to show all post from all authors from a specific category as well I need to show all posts from a single specific author in that same query (regardless of category).

I listed the WP_Meta_Query as it has the option to use “‘relation’ => ‘OR’,” I had looked at this page but was not able to figure out how to query for my situation.
