the “From” address is: [your-name] <[your-email]>

The message via Contact Form is received by the address specified in the “TO” box, but not if I insert CC or BCC under Additional Headers

Ohh ok, sorry about this! The developer has not answered questions for 3 months in his support forum :(( so I thought I would try this community. Thanks for explaining how this works. Cheers
