When I go into the existing Accordion I had created previously, I see all of the settings, however the actual accordion with the questions and answers we initially created no longer is showing. (Video link attached.)

ok. Latest update.

So here’s the latest. I tried activating the theme again on a different site. I received the same error, however I was able to still access the site. Previously, I was not able to gain access to the site admin screens at all after activating the Cartsy theme. So I went back and activated it again on the site I had the issue with originally. I received the error and then I couldn’t get into the site, and a moment later, I was able to access the admin pages. The only problem now is that when I try to access Appearance > Themes, I get this message: “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” The rest of the admin pages so far are accessible. The only screen that I cannot see is the Themes page. I can now go in and customize the Cartsy Lite theme though.

I had updated it as soon as I saw the that new version was available, however, I am still seeing the error when I try to activate the theme. I have to go into recovery mode, change/activate a different theme and then exit recovery mode and then the site is fine. Hypothetically speaking, do you think we would experience the same issue if we upgraded to the premium version?

I installed the Classic Editor plugin in. It seemed like I didn’t have any type of editor installed with the theme or with WordPress for some reason. It could be because I was switching back and forth with a bunch of themes as I was setting up this website and one of the themes crashed the site so it may have caused the issue when I deleted it. Not sure, but installing an editor plugin, classic or Gutenberg or Elementor, etc. should resolve the issue.
