Yeah makes sense. I just tend find them a little useless of late and rather condescending. I’m no longer impressed with their customer service skills so I try and avoid them where i can as it tends to be much friendlier here.

I’ve decided to just upload all images into a subdomain and for the whole site to go through CloudFlare rather than having bits here and bits there.

I’m just having the classic “Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content” issue at the moment whilst using CloudFlare and W3 Total Cache.

Site is lovely and fast at the moment and I’ve optimised quite reasonably at the moment but this is the last puzzle and this is the one that’ll cause me to lose hair!

Yeah, it’s the radio buttons but no text shows up giving the option for either HTML or PLain Text. Could I not just have it automatically selected to be HTML and have the buttons removed?

Yes, I had the issue of waiting for FB comments to come up but I just deleted the cache and it appeared.

However though, when I have it displayed along with whatever, as soon as I select another comment system from Facebook, when I return to it, it has disappeared.

This comment system all in all is potentially the best one out there at the minute. Some coding support would be very beneficial not only to users but the developer him/herself. There’s some dollar in this but in the meantime, nothing unless we can have some assistance to get this rectified.

Took out two of my sites. one of them is buggy at the minute and the other is just all over the place.

I have the same issue and have done for some time. Instead I’m having to highlight the shortcode, copy it and paste it in manually.
