Me again.. Still trying to sort out the layout format problem on my page.

In the new update, (not that I know huge amount of details) did you remove the foundation slider section?

After I have read and researched, its to do with the foundation slider section and on the foundation website, Orbit slider has been deprecated (although they said they have left it in the system and not totally removed). So wondering if you have removed slider coding section in your new version???

In my current website front page, i have setup orbit sliders (see attached below example)

Then after the WP-FORGE upgrade, all bullet points have been treated as normal html bullet point instead of sliders. See below.

I wasn’t saying that you are affiliated with LearnDash. They use your theme and they know how to insert slider in the old version and sliders were working so, settings must be ok. Since the upgrade on my site, it broke. So it has to do with the new version and slider conflict??

I use the slider same as this website. [https://demo.learndash.com/] as I am using their plugin and i have duplicated the Demo LearnDash site as per their instruction and all is working fine. So whatever in that site has done the slider, that’s what I use. ??

No. I do not test as I have faith in you. ?? probably should not have. ??

I think some bullet point button formats were changed too.
Also, “alert-box info radius” box color has disappeared too.

What I meant was, i was using orbit slider in previous version and after the upgrade, all sliders show up one slider after another.

Hope this info helps to identify to fix the upgrade version.

I will also look at the method you mentioned about h4 from h2 method. Do i change the code with appropriate size name?

i.e.
In the code,
change_table_name_h2_to_h3

so do I change to
change_table_name_h2_to_h4 ??? etc?

Pls tell me where I went wrong.

As you said, I looked at the header.php and found that ‘site-title’ is the CSS name that I have to change its properties.

I have been fiddling with the CSS and nothing is changing. I have wp-starter as a child theme and I have been using the following in child theme style.css

h1.site-title {
   position: absolute;
   top: 100px;
   left: 50px;
}

Valuse are dummy only at this stage.

Or easiest way is to take the misery out of me is to tell us te solution pls?

Yes I moved above the media section and it didn’t change.

I found the problem.. its the comment line that blocking the CSS code. I couldn’t believe myself.

I had this below and nothing was passing. That double forward slash.

// footer text size
.footer_wrap p, .footer_wrap a {
font-size: 0.7rem !important;
}

Then I changed the comment line to below.

/* footer text size */
.footer_wrap p, .footer_wrap a {
font-size: 0.7rem !important;
}

BINGO! All works now. Thanks guys for this awesome quick support! Your theme is always in use <grin>

I have put that code you sent into child theme called “wp-starter” style.css, saved it but still not changing anything. I changed the different values 0.8, 0.9, 0.5 etc but no changes.

I have a child theme wp-starter and I can place custom css.

So I have added the code you sent at the end of the child theme CSS, however, it doesn’t change.

Any other option?

Well according to the link by James Huff I have white listed the website that I’m working on into the internet security program. In my case it’s bitdefender. After that mine is working good.

For some reasons it seems too sensitive for security to trigger n block the site.

I think the problem is with WP 4.4
When I am about to deactivate the plugins as you suggested, i clicked on the select all check box to select all plugins but nothing is selected to do the bulk actions. Which i think to prove that Wp 4.4 is causing this. Its happening on other sites too with different hosting company.
