Hello @raha1988ab ,
Thank you for getting back to us.
Please note that the feature you are looking for is not available in Elementor Free version.
Since it is coming from the WooMart theme, you will have to contact the theme support to further check the issue.
Best Regards.
Hello @alexg9 ,
Can you please share the link to the page with the issue?
Also, please note that using 3rd party Elementor addons will also make execution time for Elementor to be longer.
Please try deactivating all the add-ons and check the performance again and check if there is any difference.
Also, try changing the theme to a default one like the Hello Theme and run the test again.
Try and let us know the updates.
Hello @nemis ,
It might be a conflict with your theme or plugins,
Please follow these steps, and let me know if it solved your issue:
– Deactivate all of your plugins except Elementor. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.
– switch your WordPress theme to WordPress TwentySixteen (or other default WordPress theme) temporarily – and see if it solves your error.
If you are using Elementor pro, you can open a support ticket at my.elementor.com
I’d also suggest you check out our Elementor Community forum, we have created it to connect Elementor users together and share knowledge, my.elementor.com.
www.remarpro.com rules state that commercial products are not supported here.
I hope this information helped you.
Hello @davidblackballdesign ,
I checked your site again and the cache is still being loaded.
Since there are no cache plugin running on your system, it could be possible that the hosting provider is running some optimization.
You could try contacting your hosting provider to clear all the server cache and check again.
Let us know how it goes.
Hello @davidblackballdesign ,
I checked both the page links but was not able to see any issues.
This is what both the pages are looking at my end.

Please let me know if there is something that I’m missing.
If you could share a comparison of the editor vs the live page it would be very helpful.
Meanwhile, please try changing the Page Layout to Elementor Full Width and see if that helps.
Best Regards.
Hello @flamuren ,
If you disable the Google Fonts in Elementor, you will only be able to use the default fonts while using the editor and in the frontend.
If you want to disable the default font of Elementor, you can disable it in the Elementor Settings.

Regarding the Astra fonts, I would recommend you to contact the respective support.
I hope this helps.
Hi, the error with the new update is caused due to the addon plugins using deprecated functions in Elementor.
You can find the conflicting addons by deactivating all the plugins except Elementor and Elementor pro and activating them back 1 at a time.
Until the respective plugins release an update, you can either disable the WP_Debug option or Rollback Elementor to the previous version 3.14.1
I hope this helps.
Hello @davidblackballdesign , the layout issue other than the saving can be caused due to cache. I checked your site and it looks like your files are being loaded from cache to an extend.

Please try these methods and tell us if they helped:
Regenerate the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS on your WordPress Dashboard.Go to Elementor > Settings on your WordPress dashboard, then Click the Advanced tab and then switch the CSS print method to Internal embedding.
Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, server cache (if possible).
To rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor) and see if it helps. If it solves the issue, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.
If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WordPress theme and see if it makes any difference.
Switch the CSS print method back after following these steps, regardless if it helped or not.
Hope those steps will help you.Hello @davidblackballdesign , can you please share the link to a page with the issue?
Also, please provide a screenshot of the list of plugins under the Elementor->System Info.
Meanwhile, please check if there is any write permission issue on the ‘wp-contents/uploads’ folder.
Best Regards.
Hello @jandres9931
I am not sure I understood your issue correcly. Could you elaborate on the issue with some screenshots or even a screencast? https://www.loom.com/
I’d also suggest to try out safe mode.Go to Elementor > tools , choose “enable” to the Safe Mode setting, and click save changes.
“Safe Mode” is a safe environment that isolates Elementor and WordPress from all themes and plugins, it helps multiple users solve issues like this.
Read about the feature here: https://elementor.com/help/what-is-safe-mode/
If it did help, then there is a plugin/theme conflict that causes this issue, try to deactivate all plugins and turn them one by one till you find the culprit.
Hope it helps.
Hi, I would like to have you perform a few steps to fix this issue,
-Go to Elementor > Settings on your WordPress dashboard.
Click the Advanced tab and then switch the CSS print method to Internal embedding.
Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, server cache (if possible).
If the issue persists, deactivate all plugins apart from Elementor and Elementor pro.
If this helps, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.
