    That’s good to know. Not sure if the people I’m helping are up for switching hosts or not. Could you tell me which host you’re using that works? The really frustrating thing here is that most of the products import okay, but both types of hats I’m trying to get into the store constantly fail, and the only thing I get back from Printful support is “try it without any plugins enabled” (which I’ve done many, many times), or “it’s a hosting problem”. But I can’t even get them to provide me with the api payload of a good product and one of the ones that’s failing so I can look at them myself to try to troubleshoot.

    I’ve been having that same problem, and have gone through the same steps, and the result was being told to talk to Bluehost. So I spent an hour chatting with Bluehose a couple nights ago, and they didn’t resolve it, but they did point me to an error (in WooCommerce/Status/logs), which calls out an errror at line 1510 of class-wc-rest-products-v2-controller.php, which is the function wc_delete_product_transients. I was just about to go into this forum and open the same ticket myself. For what it’s worth, it looks to me like the error only comes up on an initial product upload if the product has more than one variant and/or more than 2 mockups. If I upload one product with 2 mockups and no variants, it works. If I then upload all of the other variants, it also works, so it’s really infuriating, especially because only about 1/2 of our products have only 2 base mockups per variation.
