It is the Pilot Fish theme, but that is a responsive theme (at least it says so on the WP website.)

Thanks, couple of follow up questions:

– I’m not talking about changing the color of the background image, but the color of the yellow bar which underlines the menu selection on the home page main menu. (see https://www.kyleshoop.com). I don’t think this is what you were talking about – am I missing something?

– Where do I put the code for aligning the post titles?
