thanks for your quick response. Ive tested the version from github. it made the CLS problem less impactfull – scrore is half as bad but still too high.

i have also tried it with another theme but the problem still comes up.

As it seems the code is still injected directly after the opening <body> tag.

i use the “complianz” color scheme (canged background color) + borderless style + banner bottom setting.

If i check the html code, the <div id=”cc-window”> is placed above the <header> element on my website. maybe it gets rendered there for a millisecond while loading (and blocks/pushes down the page) and then the css style comes in and it gets displayed where it should be?

maybe its possible to inject the <div id=”cc-window”> above the <footer> element to fix this?
