hmmm not really sure that answers my question.

i inhereted this website and the footer is actually a page and whatever the coder did creates that page as the footer of the website.

so the page is built using visual composer so all i want to do is put the shortcode in the 4th column.

which i did. which worked.

but then the plugin repeated the widget in the next row, … so there’s no area to take it out of.

i can’t deactivate the plugin, bc i need your plugin bc i want the instagram in the footer.

i’m here to fix the theme… ya see? i need help pls.

I got it to work be deactivating my cache plugin and the reactivating it… thru the advice of a fiverr rep. but now the main menu isn’t showing up. any advice here?

You MUST define a language for all your posts and pages otherwise they will not pass the language filter and won’t be displayed on frontend.

But i thought i already did that in the language settings of the plugin…

same issue here. just emailed smashballoon before i came to these boards. I am sure it will be resolved soon. If i hear anything i’ll keep u posted but most likely we will see an update to the app quite soon.

this plugin is a joke if you can’t do that. I am trying to find a plugin to put javascript code on one particular thank you page and i can’t find anywhere on the internet on how to do that. this is absurd

my analytics tracking is working either. I have it on Latest Google Analytics (gtag.js)

then i go to Behavior > Events > Overview and I do not see any actions. I actually used to see them a few months ago.

Should it say “call now button” ?

Yes, but this track conversions on every page? I made about 20 landing pages and I need to know which page the clicks are coming from. It would be nice to have the conversion in adwords, but even manually being able to compare numbers using a spreadsheet would be nice.

I am having the same problem on mobile and when I ask for help a few months ago I didn’t really get much. it looks fine on desktop and mobile but when you hover over one of the services boxes it is not formatted… the fonts please advise.

i know what you’re saying. that highlighted text simply doesn’t work with some page builders.

What i would do is just copy paste the text as a normal page where you can review the readibliity, do you examination etc, then make the edits on the master page.
