I have flat rate selected under shipping options and activated shipping. And on the flat rate tab i’ve set up the costs per order and the sell to country (all available countries).
The products aren’t hidden. And shipping calculations is enabled (not at the moment, because then people can’t order).
The customer address was set to no address, default to billing isn’t available (if it’s under general settings). But now i’ve tried geolocate, and that seems to fix the problem!
The strange thing is that when I tested an order it was possible to select an shipping option. But this was because I was logged in. But when people wanted to checked out as a guest, the problem occurred.
