Thank you, and just before this is closed, another approach could to be able to choose whether to receive all emails or only when an error occurs. My goal is to receive notifications for errors only.

I receive email reports with the following subject line:

[WP Offload SES] 23 September 2024 through 29 September 2024 email sending health for mydomain.com

I was wondering if the subject line could indicate whether any errors have been found as I can only setup my own email inbox rules based only on subject/sender it would be very useful if the email subject indicates if any errors found or not. I don’t have any example of email subject line when errors are found but I assume it’s the same as one above looks generic.

Thanks @cowbelly and good luck, for now, we are also on the old version and reluctant to touch it. It would be great if the plugin authors could look into this and address the issue, as a result, leaving this as unresolved for now.

@cowbelly sorry just seeing this now. I managed to find backup files and restored the earlier version. This plugin has been updated multiple times since, did further updates resolve the issue for you?

*update* I was able to locate previous version of this plugin v0.8.1 and it is working perfectly so certainly something is wrong with the recent update. It would be great to get access to the most recent pre-update version if possible until the issue is fixed.

Thanks Marius, I appreciate your help. I understand regarding premium plugin, but since they only provide 6 months free support it sometimes can get difficult fixing minor issues when this lapses. Your solution for disabling plugin works well to disable it; however I could not afford doing this on my site and this was not an option. I did however resolved it (at least until next update) by changing redirect values to false in Ultimate_VC_addons.php file. If someone else has the same problem change them as follows (not sure if this change is required on both lines, but worked for me):

(line 21 – may change in next version) update_option('ultimate_vc_addons_redirect',<strong>false</strong>);

(line 900 – may change in next version) if(get_option('ultimate_vc_addons_redirect') == <strong>false</strong>)

Thanks @dwinden, after looking into this further I suspect this to be a permissions issue. I have tons of other sites without this problem. Will try changing permission here and there and see if it resolves the issue.

Having exact same issue, I’m on PHP 5.4.6

very disappointing and only discovered this now – so since you say old redirects remain, how do I see now what pages are redirected and how do I remove the redirect since this option is no longer in plugin settings?
