In reply to: [Laterpay] LaterPay looks odd with AMP on mobileHi, so sorry for the late response. I’ve attached a URL that shows how odd it looks on mobile. AMP on desktop is fine, but specifically on mobile devices, it looks very weird. I can’t make out the language (I tried to google translate it and it came back inconclusive.)

^it’s like this on every post page
Hi!
Absolutely. Here is the link to the pastebin of the log from one of the back-ups that would not complete.
Oh wow, I had no idea there were 4 users connected to the site.
As far as I know, everything is under one email address. I’m not sure what the username or password would be except for one (the main one I use).
So, I can contact support (at) jetpack (dot) com for help on the cancelation?
Hello James,
Thank you for responding so quick! The URL of the site I’m trying to cancel the plan on is https://www.thepoptopic.com.
I initially went through WP support, who directed me to this link to get in contact with Jetpack: https://jetpack.com/contact-support/
The message I see on my end is: “Support for customers on Jetpack’s Free Plan is temporarily closed.
Customers with a paid plan have priority support and will have continued access to support.
Have a paid plan and seeing this note? Be sure to login to the WordPress.com account that purchased the plan!”
So I was frustrated because I do have a paid plan! And was very upset that I could not find someone to get in direct contact with.
Please let me know if there’s anything you can do to help with at least a membership downgrade to the free version. Thank you.
