I had the same issue but with a conflict with Lasso! It also entirely broke down my website, including the dashboard.

On my website, the admin bar is entirely disabled on the frontend, so I was expecting the wp-forms CSS to be disabled on the frontend too.

But I removed WpForms from the admin bar entirely and this solves the issue, the admin CSS is not more in the CSS.

So this solves the issue in another way.

I managed to make it work with the click script without JQuery. But I think that the scroll script is a bit more complicated.

With this code, I see two images being loaded in the network: one png and one webp. Which of course is disastrous for performance.
